What NovoMeet accesses, and why
- Your Google profile
- Your name and email address identify your workspace and attribute meetings to you. We never see your password.
- Your calendar, read-only
- Event titles, times, attendees, and join links tell NovoMeet which meetings exist and how to join the ones you nominate. We never create, change, or delete anything in your calendar.
- Meetings you send it into
- Audio, transcript, and summary — for the meetings you choose, and no others. The assistant joins visibly and never hides that it is there. Obtaining any consent your jurisdiction requires remains yours to do.
